Her hair does look fluffy, but it kinda looks like she wore a wig. .__. and her real hair's the blonde one beneath.
Your Walrein's hair reminds me of :iconxverdelet's: Victor. Long wavy hair. With rainbows.

Haha, I will admit that I thought it was lace from under her hat at first, but it's easy to see that it's hair when you see where her hair connects with her head, so it looks okay to me.
