Electricity actually affects him and he can 'overheat' or have too much voltage. He will get hurt and get dizzy.

Personality:
He hates other people, and he hates other pokémon. He can't stand them TOUCHING him, and when he's not in a good mood then he won't even be able to stand that they're BREATHING the same AIR as him.
He doesn't say a lot, except "go away" and "I'll bite you" or "I'll burn you to bits". He'll do it, too, if you annoy him.
There's only one thing that can make him happy: his younger twin brother, Kelly. Could it be there are other things out there, also, that can make him happy....?

Other:
His fur becomes fluffy and soft when he's happy. When he's angry, it stiffens and becomes sharp and spiky.
He got the scar on his right eye fighting a houndoom. He's hated that houndoom more than anyone else ever since, but because they both hate the world it seems that that houndoom is one of the few people allowed to breathe in the same space as Juliet.
