Review: Battle Hymn of the Tiger MotherWhat is success in Amy Chua's opinion and what does it mean to you?
'Battle Hymn of the Tiger Mother'. The title is apt, clearly, as there are several aspects of it that can be referred to during the perusal of this mini-novel. First and foremost, there is much to be learned and studied about the author herself – through her utility of words, and her insipid tone seeping out of the pages – before one can glean a hypothesis on her opinion of success and thereby what it means to reader: in this case, myself.
Amy Chua, as anyone who has read the book will know, is an American-born chinese woman. The book details her 'battles'(difficulties) as she struggles to raise Lulu, her younger daughter, and the 'hymns'(methods) she sings to make her daughter dance to her tune. There are many things to take into account as you read this book, one of which is Amy Chua's refusal to reflect on her actions. Though it cannot be said for sure whether or not her methods are wrong or right

I figure that now, I can post this on the web at last because the geography comic is no longer available for purchase(and anyone who could have bought it and knows me on dA already bought it anyway. XD

Also, I think I've improved since I drew this. I could do MUCH better... I think. This year, I'll try again...

Also, you will notice that the rock moved from in front of Phoebe to her left side. :icomimhappyplz:
