The Matchstick Girl, The Wild Swans and The Princess and the Pea are from H.C.Andersen.
The Happy Prince is from Oscar Wilde.
Snow white and Rose red, and The Devil with the three Golden hairs are from The Grimm Brothers.

You can change anything on the adoptable once you pay for it. This includes hair colour, clothes, eye colour, patterns, etc. etc.
